摘  要:以TiFeCoCrNi高熵合金粉末为中间层,对镁/钛异种材料进行电阻点焊,采用扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪和电子万能试验机等研究了接头的组织结构、物相和力学性能,分析了接头的界面反应扩散行为。结果表明:接头依次由镁合金母材、α-Mg+Al_(2)FeCo、FCC+η、Ti_(3)Al+FCC+η和TC4母材组成。镁合金中的Al元素扩散进入高熵合金中间层生成Al_(2)FeCo,钛合金中的Ti、Al元素扩散进入高熵合金中间层生成Ti_(3)Al,且两界面区均由固溶体和化合物的混合组织组成,提高了接头性能。在焊接电流为18.8~24.5 kA、焊接压力为4.06~7.83 kN、焊接时间为6~24 cycles的工艺范围内,接头强度在2.4 kN以上;在焊接压力为5.13 kN、焊接电流为21.7 kA、焊接时间为20 cycles时,接头的拉剪载荷最大,为5.368 kN。Using TiFeCoCrNi high entropy alloy powder as the intermediate layer,resistance spot welding was carried out on magnesium/titanium dissimilar materials.Microstructure,phase and mechanical properties of the joint were studied using scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction and electronic universal testing machine.The interfacial reaction diffusion behavior of the joint was analyzed.The results show that the joint is sequentially composed of magnesium alloy base material,α-Mg+Al_(2)FeCo,FCC+η,Ti_(3)Al+FCC+ηand TC4 base material.The Al element in the magnesium alloy diffuses into the middle layer of high entropy alloy to generate Al2FeCo,while the Ti and Al elements in the titanium alloy diffuse into the middle layer of high entropy alloy to form Ti_(3)Al.Both interface regions are composed of a mixed structure of solid solution and compound,which improves the joint performance.Within the process range of welding current of 18.8-24.5 kA,welding pressure of 4.06-7.83 kN,and welding time of 6-24 cycles,the joint strength is above 2.4 kN.When the welding pressure is 5.13 kN,the welding current is 21.7 kA,and the welding time is 20 cycles,the maximum tensile shear load of the joint is 5.368 kN.
