甘肃省数字法治政府建设对策探究

摘　　要：近年来,以互联网、大数据、人工智能为代表的数字技术对传统经济模式产生了深远的影响,对政府治理体系和治理能力提出了新的挑战。甘肃省坚持高站位统筹规划,不断建立健全符合省情的数字政府建设机制和技术应用体系,取得了一定成效。立足甘肃实际,聚焦新发展阶段深入推进依法行政的需要,探索甘肃省数字法治政府建设新路径,提出对策建议。In recent years,digital technology represented by the Internet,big data and artificial intelligence have had a profound impact on the traditional economic model,which also poses new challenges to the governance system and governance capacity of the government.Gansu Province adheres to a high level of coordination and planning,and constantly establishes sound digital government construction mechanism in line with provincial conditions as well as the technology application system,and has achieved certain results.Based on the actual situation of Gansu Province,focusing on the need to further promote law-based administration in the new development stage,exploring a new path for the construction of digital law-based government in Gansu Province,and putting forward countermeasures and suggestions.
