推进上海智慧停车体系建设的路径与对策研究

摘　　要：在研究上海智慧停车发展现状,分析本市智慧停车建设存在的问题,研究设计一套推进本市智慧停车发展的路径,构建以服务为核心的智慧停车体系,并通过需求驱动、技术创新、数据赋能以及综合交通保障来推动目标实现。同时提出加强智慧停车顶层设计、细化区域管理措施、促进技术创新和完善标准规范等建议措施,进一步保障智慧停车行业发展和停车服务成效。On the basis of studying the current development of smart parking in Shanghai,we have analyzed the problems existing in the construction of smart parking,and formulated a technological-route.We propose to build a serviceoriented smart parking system,promoting the development of smart parking through comprehensive methods that integrates technological innovation,data empowerment,parking management,and a comprehensive transportation system that integrates public transportation and parking.We suggest strengthening the toplevel design of smart parking,refining regional management measures,promoting technological innovation,and developing standardized systems to ensure the development of the smart parking industry and the effectiveness of parking services.
