摘　　要：从我国森林防火事业发展取得的成效及面临的形势和问题入手,系统分析了新时期加强森林防火能力建设的几个重点,并针对专业队伍建设、森林经营、野外火源管理、雷电火预防、火情监测、森林航空消防等方面提出了能力建设的对策建议,进而为我国实现森林火灾综合治理现代化和治理能力现代化提供参考。The article starts with the achievements and challenges faced by the development of forest fire prevention in China,and it systematically analyzes several key points of strengthening capacity building in forest fire prevention in the new era,and puts forward specific countermeasures and recommendations for the development of professional teams,forest management,field fire management,lightning fire prevention,fire surveillance,aviation forest fire protection,etc.In addition,it provides a reference for China to realize the modernization of comprehensive forest fire management and management capacity.
