互联网背景下高校社会工作开展实践探索——以H学院“解忧社”线上服务平台为例

摘　　要：H学院“解忧社”线上服务平台依托“一站式”学生社区服务中心,以微信公众号为媒介,打通社工与大学生之间的“最后一米”,取得了显著成果,但也面临不少问题:互联网平台信息不对称、信息安全得不到有效保障、互联网平台专业服务质量有待进一步加强、社会工作专业校园知名度有待提高等。未来,线上服务平台要与学校互联网平台实现有效对接,完善社工服务保密制度,构建专职社工+专业师生联动机制,创新社会工作宣传渠道。Relying on the"one-stop"student community service center and the WeChat official account as the media,the online service platform of"Solace Society"of H College has made remarkable achievements in connecting social workers and college students,but it also faces many problems:asymmetric information on the Internet platform,lack of effective protection ofinformation security,the quality of professional services on the Internet platform to be further strengthened,and the campus popularity of social work specialty to be improved.In the future,the online service platform should be effectively connected with the school Internet platform,improve the confidentiality system of social work services,build a full-time social workers+professional teachers and students linkage mechanism,and innovate social work publicity channels.
