摘 要:为研究间接蒸发冷却装置的性能及各参数的选择原则等,设计搭建了数据中心管式间接蒸发冷却系统,并通过实验研究了不同参数对系统间接蒸发冷却效率的影响。实验结果表明:一次风速与间接蒸发冷却效率总体成反比,当一次风速为2.2 m/s时,间接蒸发冷却效率为90.74%;随着二次风速增大,间接蒸发冷却效率先增大后减小,最佳的二次风速为3.1 m/s,间接蒸发冷却效率为80.03%;随着一次风入口温度升高,间接蒸发冷却效率同样先增大后减小,最佳一次风进口温度为29℃,间接蒸发冷却效率能够达到71.45%;间接蒸发冷却效率随着喷淋水流量增大而增大,最终稳定,为减少装置的总能耗,最佳的喷淋水流量为1.21 m^(3)/h,间接蒸发冷却效率可达83.51%。本文的研究结论可为相关间接蒸发冷却设备的设计与工艺优化提供一定的参考。In order to study the performance of indirect evaporative coolers and the principle of parameter selection,this paper designs and constructs a tubular indirect evaporative cooling system in a data center,and studies the influence of different parameters on the efficiency of indirect evaporative cooling system through experiments.The experimental results show that the primary air speed is inversely proportional to the indirect evaporation cooling efficiency.When the primary air speed is 2.2 m/s,the indirect evaporation cooling efficiency is 90.74%.With the increase of secondary air speed,the indirect evaporative cooling efficiency increases first and then decreases.The optimal secondary air speed is 3.1 m/s,and the indirect evaporative cooling efficiency is 80.03%.With the increase of primary air inlet temperature,the indirect evaporative cooling efficiency also increases first and then decreases.The optimal primary air inlet temperature is 29℃,and the indirect evaporative cooling efficiency can reach 71.45%.The indirect evaporative cooling efficiency increases with the increase of spray water flow rate and is finally stable.In order to reduce the total energy consumption of the device,the optimal spray water flow rate is 1.21 m^(3)/h,and the indirect evaporative cooling efficiency can reach 83.51%.The research conclusion of this paper can provide certain reference for the design and process optimization of related indirect evaporative cooling equipment.
