摘　　要：西部陆海新通道承担着中国西部内陆腹地通达东盟、连接世界的桥梁和枢纽的重任。基于2017-2021年省际—国别(地区)的细分产品贸易数据,从“设施联通及贸易畅通”“产业优势互补和贸易升级”“产业链供应链布局”三个方面考察了西部陆海新通道沿线省份与东盟国家的经贸合作情况。研究发现,通道沿线交通基础设施建设迅速推进,物流功能不断完善。东盟国家对沿线省市出口结构升级明显,沿线省市面临高、低技术生产环节双重压力。东盟国家与沿线省市产业优势互补性较强,但集成电路产业上游的进口来源地较为集中,一定程度上面临被“卡脖子”风险。应在“以通道促贸易”基础上进一步实现“以贸易聚产业”,加快促进产业和贸易结构优化升级,围绕通道积极谋划产业链供应链布局。The New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor plays a bridge and hub role in connecting the inland hinterland of western China to ASEAN and the world.Based on the trade data of products level between provinces and countries(regions)from 2017 to 2021,this paper examines the economic and trade cooperation between provinces along the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor and ASEAN countries from the perspectives of"infrastructure connectivity and trade facilitation","complementary industrial advantages and trade upgrading",and"industrial chain and supply chain layout".The study finds that the rapid progress of transportation infrastructure construction and the continuous improvement of logistics functions along the route are significant.The export structure of ASEAN countries to provinces along the corridor has been significantly upgraded,and the provinces along the corridor are facing dual pressure from high-tech and low-tech production processes.ASEAN countries and the provinces along the corridor have strong complementary advantages in their industries,but the upstream import sources of the integrated circuit industry along the corridor are relatively concentrated,which poses a certain risk of being blocked.We should further achieve"gathering industries through trade"on the basis of"promoting trade through corridor",accelerate the optimization and upgrading of industry and trade structures,and actively plan the layout of industrial chain and supply chain around the corridor.
