现代高速公路运输经济发展存在的问题及解决措施探析

摘　　要：在中国全面建设社会主义现代化强国的新征程中,交通运输被确定为开路先锋,以不断增强对经济社会发展和国家战略的保障能力。为了加快建设交通强国,国务院印发了《“十四五”现代综合交通运输体系发展规划》,指明要加快交通运输的快速发展。但当前,高速公路运输经济发展中,还存在大量问题。为解决这些问题,文章提出需要综合施策,如建立完善高速公路运输经济政策,提供更有力的政策支持;加大高速公路基础投资,确保其建设和维护得到充分资金保障;同时做好城乡同步建设,促进城乡协调发展,提高安全意识,减少潜在安全隐患,将环保和可持续性纳入发展考虑,推动高速公路运输体系朝着更加绿色和可持续的方向发展。In the new journey of building China into a modern socialist power in an all-round way,transportation has been determined as a pioneer,so as to continuously enhance its ability to guarantee economic and social development and national strategy.In order to speed up the construction of a powerful transportation country,the State Council issued the Development Plan of Modern Comprehensive Transportation System in the 14th Five-Year Plan,which indicated that the rapid development of transportation should be accelerated.However,at present,there are still many problems in the development of expressway transportation economy.In order to solve these problems,this paper puts forward the need for comprehensive measures,such as establishing and improving the economic policy of expressway transportation,providing more powerful policy support,increasing the basic investment of expressway,ensuring that its construction and maintenance are fully funded,and at the same time doing a good job in the simultaneous construction of urban and rural areas,promoting the coordinated development of urban and rural areas,raising safety awareness,reducing potential safety hazards,taking environmental protection and sustainability into consideration,and promoting the development of expressway transportation system in a greener and sustainable direction.
