摘 要:劳动争议关系着广大用人单位、广大人民群众个人切身利益,劳动关系的维护对我国社会稳定发展、和谐发展有着重要意义。新时代背景下,我国各方面制度体系、各领域法律法规都在逐渐完善;同时随着义务教育的普及,广大国民思维理念也发生了很大变化,越来越多的人民开始意识到维护自身权益的重要性。与此同时,劳动双方的经济利益冲突也更加激烈,构建和谐稳定的社会劳动关系面临新的挑战。各关联主体要想构建和谐稳定的社会关系,就要处理大批量的劳动争议。经过实际调研发现,在解决劳动争议过程中调解是最受欢迎的方式,且劳动仲裁调解位居核心地位。基于此,文章主要从劳动仲裁角度探究劳动争议相关内容。Labor disputes are related to the personal interests of the majority of employing units and people.The maintenance of labor relations is of great significance to the social stability and harmonious development of our country.Under the background of the new era,China's system in all aspects and laws and regulations in all fields are gradually improving.At the same time,with the popularization of compulsory education,the thinking concept of the vast number of people has also undergone great changes.More and more people have begun to realize the importance of safeguarding their own rights and interests.At the same time,the conflict of economic interests between the labor parties is more and more intense,and it is new challenges to build a harmonious and stable social labor relationship.In order to build a harmonious and stable social relationship,the related subjects must deal with a large number of labor disputes.According to the actual investigation,mediation is the most popular way in the process of resolving labor disputes,and labor arbitration mediation occupies the core position.Based on this,this paper mainly explores the related content of labor disputes from the perspective of labor arbitration.
