摘 要:海外铁路道口的运营需求和技术条件与国内存在显著差异,随着我国越来越多地承担或参与海外铁路项目建设,为满足铁路道口的安全管理和高效运营目标,需研究适应海外项目需求的铁路道口控制系统。通过分析泰国铁路道口系统的功能需求和相关技术条件,研究区间道口和站内道口列车接近区段长度设置的计算方法;结合计算机联锁技术条件,分析不同场景下的道口接近通知条件和通知时机;针对列车接近方向、二次接近等特殊技术要求,提出相应的电路优化方案。上述解决方案已应用于泰国复线铁路信号系统改造项目,满足其运营需求及技术条件要求,在确保行车安全的同时,能最大限度减少对行车效率的影响,可为我国信号系统技术及装备“走出去”提供借鉴。The operational requirements and technical conditions of overseas railway crossings are significantly different from those in China.As China has been undertaking or involved in the construction of an increasing number of overseas railway projects,to fulfill the objectives of safe management and efficient operation of railway crossings,it is necessary to study the railway crossing control system meeting the needs of overseas projects.By analyzing the functional requirements and related technical conditions of railway crossing systems in Thailand,the calculation method for length setting of approach sections at section crossings and station crossings is studied.The approaching announcing conditions and timing of crossings in different scenes are analyzed based on the technical conditions of computer based interlocking.The circuit optimization scheme is put forward for special technical requirements of approaching direction and secondary approaching.These solutions have been applied to the double-track railway signaling system improvement project in Thailand,meeting the operational requirements and technical conditions of the project.These solutions can ensure operation safety,minimize the impact on operation efficiency and provide a reference for Chinese railway signaling system technologies and equipment to“go global”.
