摘　　要：心力衰竭(HF)是心血管疾病发展至终末状态的临床综合征,沉默信息调节因子1(SIRT1)是依赖于烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸的去乙酰化酶。本文主要介绍了SIRT1的结构特性及其在HF治疗中的相关作用机制,认为SIRT1上调或下调均能导致线粒体代谢紊乱,加重HF,而靶向调控SIRT1可以减轻HF病理生理学发生和进展,为HF的治疗提供新的思路。Heart failure is a clinical syndrome in which cardiovascular disease progresses to its end-stage.SIRT1 is a nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide-dependent deacetylase.This paper focused on the structural properties of SIRT1 and its relevant mechanism in the treatment of Heart failure,and concluded that up-or down-regulation of SIRT1 led to mitochondrial metabolic disorders and heart failure aggravation.Targeted regulation of SIRT1 may reduce the occurrence and progression of Heart failure,and provide a new idea for the treatment of Heart failure.
