摘 要:为探索研究啤酒废水不经预处理直接进市政污水处理厂的影响和效果,实现碳废物综合利用、变废为宝,文章以青岛啤酒(随州)有限公司为例,通过对企业产生的综合废水和随州市污水处理厂上一年运行数据进行分析,预测啤酒废水资源化利用将对污水处理厂的影响。在项目实施后,对运行一年的数据进行了分析总结评价。结果表明:预测值和实际结果基本一致,啤酒废水资源化利用后污水处理厂进水COD浓度增加了18.93%,污水运行中碳环境得到改善,运行更加稳定,出水TN浓度由9.50~20.77 mg/L降为8.78~12.7 mg/L,且90%运行时间低于10.0 mg/L,去除率提高了16.78个百分点,CO_(2)排放减少2816 t/a,节约成本111.12万元/a。In order to explore the impact and effectiveness of beer wastewater directly entering municipal sewage treatment plants without pre-treatment,and achieve comprehensive utilization of carbon waste and turning waste into treasure,the article takes Qingdao Beer(Suizhou)Co.,Ltd.as an example,analyzes the comprehensive wastewater generated by the enterprise and the operating data of the Suizhou sewage treatment plant in the previous year,and predicts the impact of beer wastewater resource utilization on the sewage treatment plant.After the implementation of the project,data from one year of operation was analyzed,summarized,and evaluated.The results showed that the predicted values were basically consistent with the actual results.After the utilization of beer wastewater as a resource,the COD concentration in the wastewater treatment plant increased by 18.93%.The carbon environment during wastewater operation was improved,and the operation was more stable.The TN concentration in the effluent decreased from 9.50~20.77 mg/L to 8.78~12.7 mg/L,and 90%of the operationtime was less than 10.0 mg/L,with the removal rate increased by 16.78 percentage points.CO_(2) emissions decreased by 2816 tons/year,whihe saving 1.1112 million yuan/year in costs.
