临床病例比赛在消化道早癌内镜诊疗教学中的应用

摘　　要：我国是消化道肿瘤的高发国家,尽管近年来消化内镜诊疗技术飞速发展,但目前总体早诊率仍明显偏低,与发达国家存在较大差距。尽快培养一批优秀的消化内镜医师,对于满足我国人民对消化道肿瘤早诊早治的需求具有重要意义。解放军总医院消化内镜中心基于多年培训经验,一改传统的教学模式,在培训中创新性地使用临床病例比赛的教学方法,充分调动学员的主动性,增加学科交互性,以赛促学,帮助学员快速构建完整且规范的消化道早癌诊治知识框架,促使各级医院建立一套完备的消化内镜医生培训体系,是值得推广的内镜教学模式。Despite the high prevalence of gastrointestinal tumors,the early detection rate remains relatively low.It is essential to train a collective of excellent digestive endoscopists to reach the demands of our population for early detection and treatment of gastrointestinal tumors.Based on years of training experience,the Digestive Endoscopy Center of The First Medical Center of Chinese PLA General Hospital innovatively employs the teaching method of clinical cases competition in training,fully mobilizes the initiative of students,promotes learning through competition,and helps students quickly develop a complete and standardized diagnosis and treatment system for early cancer of the digestive tract,which is an endoscopy teaching mode worthy of promotion.
