摘  要:与其他高校相比,“双一流”高校管理重心下移更加显著,一流学科与一流学院的发展离不开学院高素质的管理人员,专业化的教学秘书在人才质量保障体系中对提升一流学科、一流学院的教学质量和人才培养质量具有重要作用。教学秘书岗位的隐蔽性和重复性特点,导致其群体工作业绩与成效极易被忽视,岗位流动性大,校院二级教学管理部门并未充分获得教学秘书岗位带来的“教学管理红利”。在高质量教育体系背景下,分析群体现状、专业化的岗位定位,以及队伍建设策略,以实现教学秘书工作方法与新时代高校教育教学的完美契合。Compared with other colleges and universities management focus of“double first-class”universities shifts down more significantly,and first-class discipline and first-class college development is inseparable from high quality management personnel.Professional teaching secretary,in the talent quality assurance system to promote first-class discipline,plays an important role in promoting first-class college teaching quality and personnel training quality.However,the concealment and repetitive characteristics of the teaching secretary lead to strong post mobility.The secondary teaching management department of the school has not fully obtained the teaching management dividend brought by the teaching secretary post.Under the background of high-quality education system,from the analysis of the group current situation,professional position positioning,and team building strategy,we hope to realize the combination of secretary working method and college education in the new era.
