摘  要:高校辅导员职业幸福感是其在职业工作过程中因需要的满足和期望的达成而产生的愉悦的心理体验,是身心体验和职业规范的统一、自我独享和学生分享的统一、精神追求与物质追求的统一、个体体验与集体共情的统一。认知幸福感、健康幸福感和社会幸福感是考查高校辅导员职业幸福感三个基本维度。强烈的精神性、显在的关联性和潜在的发展性是高校辅导员职业幸福感的突出特征。对这些基础性问题进行研究,有利于厘清高校辅导员职业的内在尊严与劳动价值,推动高校辅导员进行创造性的劳动,提升育人实效。The career well-being of college counselors is a joyful psychological experience that arises from the satisfaction of needs and the achievement of expectations in their professional work process.It is the unity of physical and mental experience and professional norms,the unity of self enjoyment and student sharing,the unity of spiritual pursuit and material pursuit,and the unity of individual experience and collective empathy.Cognitive well-being,health well-being,and social well-being are the three basic dimensions for examining career well-being of college counselors.Strong spirituality,apparent correlation,and potential developmental potential are the prominent characteristics of the career well-being of college counselors.These fundamental research questions are conducive to clarifying the inherent dignity and labor value of college counselors,promoting creative labor among college counselors,and improving the effectiveness of education.
