摘　　要：为打造宜居、宜业和宜游的城市环境,城乡规划主管部门依法依规监管建筑物高度限制的有效实施,确保建筑物高度限制的有效执行,需要验收测量单位采用简单方便可操作的测量方法,提供数据准确质量可靠的建筑物高度测量成果。In order to create an urban environment suitable for living,business and tourism,the competent urban and rural planning departments supervise the effective implementation of building height restrictions according to law and regulations to ensure the effective implementation of building height restrictions,it is necessary to adopt simple,convenient and operable measurement methods and provide accurate and reliable building height measurement results.
