摘  要:为实现盾构废弃泥浆循环利用,将废弃泥浆应用于掘进泥浆制备,依托南京长江新济洲过江供水廊道项目进行室内试验,对比了废弃泥浆和膨润土所制备掘进泥浆的性能差异,分析了废弃泥浆制备掘进泥浆的可行性;研究了废弃泥浆黏粒含量及配比对掘进泥浆性能影响的规律;建立了掘进泥浆性能指标的拟合公式,并基于拟合公式进行了废弃泥浆制备掘进泥浆的配比优化分析。研究结果有效证明了废弃泥浆制备掘进泥浆的可行性,且通过配比优化,确定了依托工程利用废弃泥浆制备掘进泥浆的参考配比:固水比0.22,膨黏比0.28,羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)掺量0.32%。经配比优化后的掘进泥浆能够满足性能要求,可为工程中利用废弃泥浆循环制备掘进泥浆的配比确定提供参考。In order to realize shield waste slurry recycling,waste slurry was applied to the preparation of tunneling slurry.The performance difference between waste slurry and bentonite was compared in an indoor test based on Nanjing Yangtze River Xinjizhou river crossing water supply corridor project,and the feasibility of preparing tunneling slurry from waste slurry was analyzed.The law of the influence of waste slurry viscous particle content and ratio on the performance of digging slurry was studied.A fitting formula for the performance indexes of the dredging slurry was established,and the ratio optimization analysis of the dredging slurry prepared from waste slurry was carried out based on the fitting formula.The research results effectively proved the feasibility of preparing tunneling slurry from waste slurry,and through ratio optimization,the reference ratio for the preparation of digging slurry from waste slurry in the relying project was determined:solid to water ratio 0.22,bentonite clay ratio 0.28,and CMC dosing 0.32%.The optimized ratio of the tunneling slurry can meet the performance requirements,which can provide a reference for determining the ratio of the tunneling slurry prepared by recycling the waste slurry in the project.
