碳源、碳汇视角下的黄河流域农业生态效率分析

摘　　要：探索黄河流域农业生态效率对实现黄河流域农业高质量发展具有重要的现实意义。首先对农业碳源、碳汇进行核算,然后将碳源、碳汇纳入非期望产出超效率SBM模型,并对黄河流域农业生态效率进行测算,最后对农业生态效率影响因素进行分析。结果表明:碳汇、碳源比率呈现先降后增趋势,“十三五”时期呈现快速增长趋势;不考虑农业碳源因素将会高估农业生态效率,忽视农作物生产过程中碳汇因素,则会低估农业生态效率;黄河流域农业生态效率高于全国水平,但黄河流域农业生态效率总体不协调;黄河流域大多省份农业生态效率得到较大提高,但省份间农业生态效率空间分布不均衡;黄河流域区域农业生态效率影响因素存在异质性。为此,应完善相关农业政策工具设计,提高农业生产要素配置效率,强化农业技术研发与应用。同时要因地制宜,制定区域差异化农业发展战略。To explore the agricultural ecological efficiency in the Yellow River Basin is of great practical significance for realizing the high quality development of agriculture in the Yellow River Basin.Firstly,the agricultural carbon source and carbon sink were calculated,and then the carbon source and carbon sink were incorporated into the unexpected output super efficiency SBM model.The agricultural ecological efficiency of the Yellow River Basin was calculated,and finally the influencing factors of the agricultural ecological efficiency of the Yellow River Basin were analyzed.The results show that the ratio of carbon sink to carbon source showed a trend of decreasing first and then increasing.During the“13th five year plan”period,it showed a rapid growth trend;Ignoring the agricultural carbon source will overestimate the agricultural ecological efficiency,and ignoring the carbon sink in the process of crop production will underestimate the agricultural ecological efficiency;The agricultural ecological efficiency of the Yellow River Basin is higher than the national level,but the agricultural ecological efficiency of the Yellow River Basin is not coordinated as a whole;The agricultural ecological efficiency of most provinces in the Yellow River Basin has been greatly improved,but the spatial distribution of agricultural ecological efficiency among provinces is uneven;Different influencing factors have different effects on agricultural ecological efficiency,and the influencing factors of agricultural ecological efficiency in the Yellow River Basin are heterogeneous.We should improve the design of relevant agricultural policy tools,strengthen the efficient allocation of agricultural production factors,and strengthen the R&D and application of agricultural technology.At the same time,the development strategy of regional differentiated agriculture should be formulated according to local conditions.
