农村人居环境与经济协调发展的时空演化及障碍因素研究

摘　　要：农村人居环境与经济协调发展是构筑宜居宜业和美乡村的关键问题。论文基于耦合协调度、空间自相关与障碍度等模型,分析2013—2021年我国省域农村人居环境与经济协调发展的时空演化规律及障碍因素。研究表明:(1)农村人居环境与经济发展水平整体呈同步上升的相对发展关系,但省域间差异明显。(2)农村人居环境与经济耦合协调发展在时序上呈现从“勉强协调”迈向“初级协调”的两阶段上升规律,且空间均衡格局逐渐显现,空间关联具有东部H-H集聚和西部L-L集聚特征。(3)农村人居环境与经济耦合协调发展的障碍度由高至低为:基础设施、居住条件、公共服务、经济规模、生态环境、生活水平、生产条件、产业结构,且不同农村地区的障碍因素具有各自的比较优劣势。应从人居环境与经济协调发展的要素长效投入、时空均衡联动与障碍度优劣比较方面精准施策。The harmonious development of rural human settlements and economy is the key issue to build a livable,suitable and beautiful rural area.Based on the models of coupling coordination degree,spatial autocorrelation and obstacle degree,this paper analyzes the temporal-spatial evolution patterns and obstacle factors of the coordinated development of rural human settlements and economy at provincial level from 2013 to 2021.The results show that:(1)The relative development relationship between rural human settlements and economic development level is rising synchronously,but there are obvious differences among provinces.(2)The coupling and coordinated development of rural human settlements and economy presents a two-stage ascending feature from“barely coordinated”to“primary coordinated”in time series,and the spatial equilibrium pattern gradually emerges,with the spatial correlation featuring H-H agglomeration in the east and L-L agglomeration in the west.(3)The obstacle factors to the coordinated development of rural human settlements and economy are as follows:Infrastructure,living conditions,public services,economic scale,ecological environment,living standards,production conditions and industrial structure from high to low,and the obstacles of different rural areas have their own comparative advantages and disadvantages.We should take precise measures from the aspects of rural factor input mechanism,temporal-spatial equilibrium linkage and spatial comparison of obstacle degree.
