摘　　要：研制了一种汽车等速万向节(CVJ)移动节润滑脂。通过对基础油,稠化剂和添加剂的考察,确定了移动节润滑脂由(环烷基油+矿物油)调合基础油,聚脲基稠化剂,0.5%的硫化烯烃极压剂,2.0%的ZnDDP抗磨极压剂,0.5%的亚磷酸酯抗磨剂,1.5%的MoDTC减摩剂组成。研制的移动节润滑脂的具有优良的极压抗磨性能、良好高低温性能和低摩擦因数,也可以满足耐久性台架试验的要求,达到了研制目标。A mobile Constant Velocity Joint(CVJ)polyurea grease was developed.Through inspection of the base oil,thickener and additives,it was determined that mobile CVJ polyurea grease consisted of(naphthene base oil and mineral oil)blended base oils,the polyurea base soap,0.5%of sulfurized olefin extreme pressure additive,2.0%of the Zinc Dialkyldithiophosphates(ZnDDP)anti-wear&extreme pressure additive,0.5%of phosphate ester-based anti-wear additive and 1.5%of the Molybdenum Dithiocarbamate(MoDTC)anti-wear additive.It had good anti-wear performance and lower friction coefficient,and had the high and low temperature,meeting the requirement of the durability bench test and achieving the development goal.
