助分散剂极性对膨润土润滑脂性能的影响

摘  要:膨润土润滑脂是常见的润滑脂种类之一,目前常采用添加助分散剂的方式提高膨润土在润滑脂中的分散度,但目前助分散剂的极性对膨润土润滑脂性能的影响还不明确。通过流变学和剪切性能分析等就助分散剂极性对膨润土润滑脂的影响进行了评价,发现将助分散剂的极性调控在偏心因子达到0.6时,助分散效果最佳。Bentonite-based lubricating greases are common types of lubricating greases.Currently,the addition of auxiliary dispersant is commonly adopted to improve the dispersion of bentonite in lubricating greases,but the influence of the polarity of auxiliary dispersant on the performance of bentonite-based lubricating greases is not yet clear.The influence of the polarity of auxiliary dispersant on the bentonite-based lubricating greases was evaluated through rheological and shear performance analysis.It was found that when the acentricfactor of the dispersing agent’s polarity reaches 0.6,the dispersing effect is optimized(.Charts8 Tables5 References17)
