摘 要:我国高铁技术快速发展,运行里程不断增加,齿轮箱是高速动车组主要技术之一。为了保证传动齿轮具有良好的工作状态,高铁齿轮箱润滑油应保持优异性能,监测高铁齿轮箱在用油性能以判断齿轮箱状态是一项保障高铁安全运行的重要工作。以两种高铁齿轮箱新油和旧油为研究对象,分析油样黏度、总酸值、颗粒物污染度、元素、摩擦磨损和极压性能,获得高铁齿轮油经过一个换油周期后的性能状态,为高铁齿轮箱油监测技术提供帮助。The high-speed train technology is developing rapidly and the operating mileage is constantly increasing in China.Gearbox is one of the main technologies for high-speed trains.In order to ensure the good working state of the transmission gears,the lubricating oil of the high-speed train gearbox should maintain excellent performance.Monitoring the oil performance of the high-speed train gearbox to determine its condition is an important task to ensure the safe operation of the high-speed train.Two types of high-speed train gearbox oils were selected as the research objects,and their new oil and used oil were analyzed,respectively.Parameters such as oil viscosity,total acid value,particle contamination,elements,friction and wear performance,and extreme pressure performance of the oil samples were analyzed to obtain the performance status of the high-speed train gearbox oils after one oil drain interval,which can provide support for high-speed train gearbox oil monitoring technology.
