体能训练中的负荷监控

摘  要:随着生活水平的提高,运动健身已经成为一种生活方式。体能是一切运动的基础,科学的体能训练不仅可以增强体质,提高运动竞技水平,而且有利于减少压力,放松心情,促进身心健康。体能训练需施加适宜的运动负荷,若负荷过高,容易造成运动损伤;若负荷过小,则训练效果不明显。为提高体能训练效果,该文以体能训练为研究对象,通过阅读文献以及查阅相关资料,对体能训练中的负荷监控进行分析,了解在体能训练中进行负荷监控的意义和监控指标,并具体分析体能训练中的力量训练、速度训练以及耐力训练的负荷监控方法。经研究发现,训练中可通过内外部指标对运动负荷进行监控,外部指标包括运动量、运动表现以及疲劳程度,内部指标包括心率、血乳酸浓度和血尿酸,不同类型的体能训练应根据实际情况对运动负荷进行监控。With the improvement of living standards,sports fitness has become a way of life.Physical fitness is the foundation of all sports,and scientific physical training can not only enhance physical fitness and improve the competitiveness of sports,but also help reduce stress,relax the mind and promote physical and mental health.Physical training needs to apply an appropriate exercise load,it is easy to cause sports injuries if the load is too high,and the training effect is not obvious if the load is too low.In order to improve the effect of physical training,this paper takes physical training as the research object,analyzes load monitoring in physical training by reading literature and consulting relevant materials,understands the significance of load monitoring in physical training and monitoring indicators,and specifically analyzes the load monitoring methods of strength training,speed training and endurance training in physical training.Through research,it has been found that the exercise load can be monitored through internal and external indicators during training,external indicators include the amount of exercise,sports performance and the degree of fatigue,internal indicators include heart rate,blood lactate concentration and blood uric acid,and that exercise load should be monitored according to the actual situation in different types of physical training.
