摘　　要：为探究在用医用织物质量状况,做好在用医用织物洗涤行业规范管理,降低在用医用织物感染风险。本文以本单位2016—2022年接受委托开展的在用医用织物质量检验检测数据为基础,对在用医用织物质量状况进行分析和风险评估。2016—2022年,本单位检测在用医用织物产品970余批次样品,其中合格196批次,总体合格率为20.2%;不合格774批次样品,总体不合格率为79.8%。风险评估综合结果为低风险,但pH值和感官指标(异味、异物、破损等)项目不合格率仍然较高。建议严控我国在用医用织物洗涤消毒质量,预防和控制因医用织物污染带来的传染风险,保障医疗安全。To explore the quality status of medical fabrics in use,carry out standardized management in the washing industry of medical fabrics in use,and reduce the risk of infection of medical fabrics in use.This article is based on the quality inspection and testing data of medical textiles in use commissioned by procurement units from 2016 to 2022.The quality status of medical textiles in use is analyzed and risk assessment is conducted.From 2016 to 2022,our unit tested over 970 batches of medical fabric products in use,of which 196 batches were qualified,with an overall qualification rate of 20.2%;The overall unqualified rate of 774 batches of samples is 79.8%.The comprehensive risk assessment results are low risk,but the unqualified rate of pH value and sensory indicators(odor,foreign objects,damage,etc.)is still high.It is recommended to strictly control the washing and disinfection quality of medical fabrics in use in China,prevent and control the risk of infection caused by medical fabric contamination,and ensure medical safety.
