摘 要:基于“双碳”目标,采用全国2017—2021年23家林业A股企业面板数据,通过随机效应模型和机制分析社会资金对林业企业技术创新的影响作用。结果表明:信贷资金能显著促进林企技术创新,研发投入具有调节效应,社会捐赠通过与研发投入的交互项抑制林企技术创新,信贷资金和社会捐赠因林企所处地貌不同均有异质性作用。提出应提高信贷资金支持力度、加大财政科技资金投入、深化关注研发投入生产要素的重要性、对丘陵地区和非丘陵地区的林企分别实施有的放矢的“双途径”财政规划等建议。Based on the goal of′carbon peaking and carbon neutrality′,the panel data of 23 forestry A-share enterprises in China from 2017 to 2021 are used to test the influence of social funds on technological innovation of forestry enterprises through random effects model and mechanism analysis.The results show that credit funds can significantly promote the technological innovation of forestry enterprises,R&D investment has a moderating effect,social donations inhibit the technological innovation of forestry through the interaction term with R&D investment,and credit funds and social donations has a heterogeneous impact depending on the landscape of forestry enterprises.Combined with the results of the study,it is pointed out that credit fund support should be improved,financial investment in science and technology should be increased,and the importance of the production factors of R&D inputs should be deepened and targeted′dual-path′financial planning for forest enterprises in hilly and non-hilly areas.
