腰椎整体平衡正骨治疗急性非特异性下腰痛39例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察腰椎整体平衡正骨治疗急性非特异性下腰痛(NLBP)患者的临床疗效及正骨治疗的安全性。方法:选取2023年1月—2023年4月首次就诊于南京中医药大学附属医院推拿科门诊并符合纳入标准的急性NLBP患者39例,行腰椎整体平衡正骨治疗3周,于治疗前、治疗3周后、治疗结束3个月后,对患者进行视觉模拟(VAS)评分、Roland-Morris功能障碍调查表(RMDQ)评分及腰椎活动度检测,并且评估患者临床总疗效及3个月后的复发率。结果:与治疗前比较,治疗3周后及治疗结束3个月后,患者VAS评分、RMDQ评分均明显下降,腰椎活动度明显升高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。临床总有效率为100%,愈显率为92.31%,临床疗效显著,痊愈率较高。治疗结束3个月随访,复发2例,经过短期治疗明显好转。所有患者均未出现明显不良反应。结论:腰椎整体平衡正骨治疗对急性NLBP患者临床疗效显著,安全性良好,且复发率较低。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of lumbar vertebra overall balance bone-setting in the treatment of acute non-specific low back pain(NLBP).Methods:A total of 39 patients with acute NLBP who met the inclusion criteria were selected from January 2023 to April 2023 for the first time at the Massage Clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine.The patients were treated for 3 weeks with lumbar vertebra overall balance bone-setting.Visual analogue scale(VAS),Roroland Morris Dysfunction Questionnaire(RMDQ)and the activity of lumbar spine were evaluated before treatment,3 weeks after treatment and 3 months after treatment.The overall clinical efficacy and recurrence rate after 3 months were also evaluated.Results:Three weeks after treatment and three months after completion of treatment,the VAS score and RMDQ score of patients were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the activity of lumbar spine was significantly higher than that before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate was 100%,and the good improvement rate was 92.31%.The clinical curative effect was significant and the recovery rate was high.The patients were followed up three months after completion of treatment.Among them,2 patients had disease recurrence and improved significantly after short-term treatment.No obvious adverse reactions occurred in all patients.Conclusion:Lumbar vertebra overall balance bone-setting is effective and safe for patients with acute NLBP,and the recurrence rate is low.
