摘  要:随着刀具涂层制备技术的发展,刀具的应用领域和适用范围越来越广。涂层的应用大大降低了切削过程中的切削力和切削热,有效提高了刀具的切削效率和切削寿命。本文总结了刀具涂层的特点,阐述了刀具涂层的常用制备工艺及其优缺点,并对刀具涂层的材料和结构进行了分析和总结,阐述了常见刀具涂层的优缺点及相应的研究进展。通过对优化刀具涂层性能方法进行总结,为后续刀具涂层的的研究方向提供了思路。With the development of tool coating preparation technology,the application areas and applicability of tools are getting wider and wider.The application of coating greatly reduces the cutting force and cutting heat in the cutting process,and effectively improves the cutting efficiency and cutting life of the tool.In this paper,the characteristics of tool coating are summarized.The common preparation technology of tool coating and the advantages and disadvantages of the corresponding technology are expounded.At the same time,the material and structure of tool coating are analyzed and summarized.The advantages and disadvantages of common tool coating and the corresponding research progress are described.The methods of optimizing the performance of the tool coating are summarized,which provides ideas for the future research direction of the tool coating.
