摘  要:表面涂层是提高金属陶瓷刀片使用寿命和加工质量的重要手段。采用MT-TiCN和织构α-Al_(2)O_(3)涂层工艺制备TiCN/α-Al_(2)O_(3)/TiN涂层金属陶瓷刀片,并研究其微观结构、切削性能与磨损机理。结果表明,与CCX涂层金属陶瓷相比,TiCN/α-Al_(2)O_(3)/TiN涂层金属陶瓷的结合强度更高,且氧化铝具有(001)强取向。与MC5015涂层硬质合金相比,自制的CD系列涂层金属陶瓷刀片在微观结构、织构系数、耐磨性方面还存在一定的差异。在切削过程中,TiCN/α-Al_(2)O_(3)/TiN多层涂层金属陶瓷刀片出现了积屑瘤、沟槽磨损、涂层剥落以及微崩刃等磨损特征,造成涂层金属陶瓷刀片失效的主因是磨粒磨损和黏结磨损。不同氧化铝织构的涂层金属陶瓷刀片在切削过程中形成的沟槽磨损形貌不同。Surface coating is an important mean to improve the service life and machining quality of cermet inserts.In this paper,TiCN/α-Al_(2)O_(3)/TiN coated cermet inserts are prepared by MT-TiCN and textureα-Al_(2)O_(3)coating process,and its microstructure,cutting performance and wear mechanism are investigated.The results show that compared with CCX coated cermets,the TiCN/α-Al_(2)O_(3)/TiN coated cermets have better adhesion strength and the alumina have(001)strong orientation.Compared with MC5015 coated cemented carbide,the homemade CD series coated cermet inserts still have some differences in microstructure,weaving coefficient and wear resistance.During cutting,TiCN/α-Al_(2)O_(3)/TiN multilayer coated cermet inserts show wear characteristics such as chip tumor,groove wear,coating flaking and micro chipping,and the failure of coated cermet inserts is mainly caused by abrasive wear and adhesive wear.Different texture alumina of coated cermet inserts show different groove wear patterns during cutting.
