316L网络结构增强ZA8锌合金复合材料的切屑形貌研究

摘  要:为了探究网络结构增强复合材料的切屑形貌以明确其切削加工机理,对316L网络结构增强ZA8锌合金复合材料和ZA8锌合金进行了切削试验及切削模拟仿真,分析了两者切屑形貌的异同,并着重探讨了复合材料在不同切削三要素下和不同增强体孔径下的切屑形貌变化。结果表明:复合材料的切屑长度和结构完整性显著低于ZA8,试验结果与模拟仿真结果类似,同时随着切削速度和背吃刀量增大,复合材料切屑更容易出现条纹状碎裂和崩碎现象,进给速度对材料的影响则相反。此外,复合材料增强体孔径越小,切屑长度越短,碎裂缺陷越多。In order to investigate the chip morphology of network-reinforced composites to clarify their cutting mechanisms,cutting tests and cutting simulations are conducted on 316L stainless steel network-reinforced ZA8 zinc alloy composites and ZA8 zinc alloy in this paper.The similarities and differences of chip morphology between the composites and ZA8 are analyzed,and the changes of chip morphology of the composites under different cutting parameters and different reinforcement pore diameters are discussed.The results show that the chip length and structural integrity of the composites are significantly lower than that of ZA8,and the experimental results are similar to the simulation results.With the increase of cutting speed and cutting depth,the composite chips are more likely to appear striped fragmentation and collapse,while the effect of feed speed is opposite.In addition,the smaller pore size of the composite reinforcement is,the shorter chip length and the more chip fragmentation defects is.
