摘 要:以螺旋槽丝锥参数分析为依据,对M24螺旋槽丝锥的材料选用、表面状态、热处理方法和工艺、刀具结构参数、切削液的选择和刀具寿命进行了研究和优化设计。分析了M24螺旋槽丝锥的热处理工艺参数和金相组织。通过寿命分析发现,研制的丝锥切削扭矩、排屑能力、切屑情况及刀具耐用度与进口丝锥基本相当。本文研究具有一定的应用价值。Based on the analysis of spiral groove tap parameters,the material,heat treatment state,cutting fluid selection,and tool life of the M24 spiral groove tap are studied and optimized.The heat treatment process parameters and microstructure of M24 spiral groove tap are analyzed.Through life analysis,it is found that the cutting torque of the developed tap can reach the same level as that of the imported tap,with smooth chip removal,and the cutting condition and tool durability are basically equivalent to those of the imported tap.In this paper,the research project has been conducted to optimize the material selection,surface condition,heat treatment methods and processes,and design of tool structure parameters for spiral fluted taps.The research project has certain application value.
