摘　　要：身体成分作为评估慢性肾衰竭患者营养状况的重要参考指标受到广泛关注。慢性肾脏病患者的脂肪、瘦体质量和液体分布特点等身体成分与正常人群存在差异,身体成分的变化与其患病风险及病死率密切相关,对于判断疾病的发展进程及预后十分重要。生活方式和药物干预是影响慢性肾衰竭患者身体成分的主要因素。中药汤剂、中成药、中医外治法均可对慢性肾脏病患者身体成分产生积极影响,能够有效改善患者临床症状、延缓透析时间及改善预后。但目前中医药对慢性肾脏病患者身体成分作用机制的研究较少,需进一步验证其疗效及临床应用价值,为中医药治疗慢性肾脏病提供更多证据。Body composition has been widely concerned as an important reference index to evaluate the nutritional status of patients with chronic renal failure.There are differences in body composition such as fat,lean body mass and fluid distribution between patients with chronic kidney disease and normal people.Changes in body composition are closely related to disease risk and mortality,which is very important for judging the development process and prognosis of the disease.Lifestyle and drug intervention are the main factors affecting the body composition of patients with chronic renal failure.Traditional Chinese medicine decoction,Chinese patent medicine and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine can have a positive effect on the body composition of patients with chronic kidney disease,and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,as well as delaying dialysis time and improve prognosis.However,there are few studies on the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine on body composition in patients with chronic kidney disease.The efficacy and clinical application value are supposed to be further verified to provide more evidence for the treatment of chronic kidney disease with traditional Chinese medicine.
