摘　　要：腓总神经损伤证属本虚标实,本虚以脾胃、气血虚弱为主,且与肝肾关系密切,标实则多属湿热血瘀。根据疾病临床特点,可辨证分为气滞血瘀证、湿热痹阻证、肝肾亏虚证3种证型,治疗原则为益肾填精,强筋健骨,祛瘀通络,活血通脉。辨病则是在辨证基础上把握疾病的性质、病理、发病特点并充分结合现代医学技术施以治疗。辨位需从局部到整体,详查病位,为后期精准施治提供依据。通过辨证论治、辨病施治、辨位施法三辨结合分析疾病的发生发展,从而掌握本病的发病特点,施以对证中药,佐以针刀疗法及痛点封闭疗法,恢复患者肢体功能。The characteristic of common peroneal nerve injury syndrome is the deficiency in root and excess in treetop,which refers to the deficiency of the Spleen and Stomach as well as Qi and blood,being closely related to the Liver and Kidney,with Dampness-Heat and blood stasis being the treetop.According to the clinical characteristics of the disease,it can be divided into three syndrome types including Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,Dampness-Heat obstruction syndrome as well as Liver and Kidney deficiency syndrome.The treatment principle is to tonify Kidney and replenish Essence,strengthen sinews,and invigorate bones,dispel stasis to unblock collaterals as well as activating the Blood to unblock meridians.Disease differentiation is to grasp the nature,pathology,and clinical characters of diseases by using modern medical technology and based on syndrome differentiation.The location of the disease needs to be examined from part to whole,to provide a basis for precise treatment later.It is recommended to analyze the pathogenesis and development of the disease with syndrome differentiation,disease differentiation and disease location differentiation,thus guiding the proper medication accordingly.Combined with acupotomy therapy and painkilling injections,the limb function of the patient will be recovered.
