摘　　要：目的:分析中医药治疗哺乳期急性乳腺炎(早期)医案处方,并挖掘用药规律。方法:检索中国知网、万方数据库等收录的中医药治疗哺乳期急性乳腺炎(早期)的文献,筛选出治疗哺乳期急性乳腺炎(早期)的医案,基于中医传承计算平台(V3.0)统计分析哺乳期急性乳腺炎(早期)常用中药、药对及类方。结果:共纳入205首处方。常用药物以蒲公英、甘草、金银花、柴胡、瓜蒌等为主;药性以寒、温为主,药味以苦、甘、辛为主,归经主入肝、胃经;常用药物组合为蒲公英-金银花、蒲公英-甘草、蒲公英-柴胡、甘草-金银花、蒲公英-连翘;置信度较高的关联规则为金银花、赤芍→蒲公英,金银花、连翘→蒲公英,柴胡、瓜蒌→蒲公英;药物类别以清热类、活血化瘀类等为主;聚类分析得到类方7首。结论:中医药治疗哺乳期急性乳腺炎(早期)用药以清热解毒、消痈散结为主,辅以疏肝解郁、理气活血、散瘀止痛等法。Objective:To analyze the medical records and prescriptions of TCM for the treatment of early stage of acute mastitis during lactation to explore the rules of medication.Methods:Literature on the treatment of early stage of acute mastitis during lactation with TCM was retrieved from CNKI and Wanfang databases,and relevant medical cases have been selected.Based on the TCM Inheritance Calculation Platform(V3.0),statistical analysis was conducted on commonly used Chinese medical herbs,drug pairs and prescription group of the same kinds in treating the early stage of acute mastitis during lactation.Results:205 prescriptions were included.Chinese medical herbs that commonly used include Pugongying(Taraxaci Herba),Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma),Jinyinhua(Lonicerae Japonicae Flos),Chaihu(Bupleuri Radix),Gualou(Trichosanthis Fructus).The medicinal property of above is mainly Cold or Warm,and the medicinal taste is mainly bitter,sweet or pungent.The meridian correspondence is mainly Liver or stomach meridians.The drug pairs common used include Pugongying(Taraxaci Herba)-Jinyinhua(Lonicerae Japonicae Flos),Pugongying(Taraxaci Herba)-Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma),Pugongying(Taraxaci Herba)-Chaihu(Bupleuri Radix),Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma)-Jinyinhua(Lonicerae Japonicae Flos),Pugongying(Taraxaci Herba)-Lianqiao(Forsythiae Fructus).The association rules of herbs with high confidence are Jinyinhua(Lonicerae Japonicae Flos),Chishao(Paeoniaeradix Rubra)→Pugongying(Taraxaci Herba)-Lianqiao(Forsythiae Fructus),Jinyinhua(Lonicerae Japonicae Flos),Lianqiao(Forsythiae Fructus)→Pugongying(Taraxaci Herba),Chaihu(Bupleuri Radix),Gualou(Trichosanthis Fructus)→Pugongying(Taraxaci Herba).The main types of drug effect are clearing heat,promoting blood circulation,removing blood stasis,etc.7 prescription groups of the same kinds are obtained with Cluster analysis.Conclusion:In the treatment of early stage of acute mastitis during lactation,clearing heat and detoxifying as well as resolving carbuncles and nodules
