十灰散联合推拿治疗骨伤后期肢体肿胀临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察十灰散联合推拿治疗骨伤后期肢体肿胀的临床疗效。方法:选取2020年6月至2022年6月南阳市第二人民医院收治的骨伤后期肢体肿胀患者80例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为常规组和试验组,每组各40例。常规组给予十灰散治疗,试验组给予十灰散联合推拿治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、血液流变学指标变化情况及治疗后肿胀缓解时间、大小腿肿胀周径差、不良反应发生情况。结果:试验组治疗后中医证候积分低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后血液流变学各指标均优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后肿胀缓解时间短于常规组,大小腿肿胀周径差优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:十灰散联合推拿治疗骨伤后期肢体肿胀,能缩短肿胀缓解时间,改善患者临床症状。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Ten Charred Substances Powder combined with massage on limb swelling in the late stage of bone injury.Methods:A total of 80 patients with limb swelling in the late stage of bone injury treated in Nanyang Second People's Hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into the conventional group and the experimental group according to the digital random table method,with 40 cases in each group.The conventional group was given Ten Charred Substances Powder for treatment,while the experimental group was given Ten Charred Substances Powder combined with massage treatment.The changes of TCM syndrome scores and hemorheology indexes before and after treatment,the swelling relief time after treatment,the circumference difference of the swelling of the big leg and the small leg,and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups were observed.Results:After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the conventional group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);the indexes of fluid hemorheology in the experimental group were better than those in the conventional group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);the swelling relief time in the experimental group was shorter than that in the conventional group,and the circumference difference of the swelling of the big leg and the small leg was better than that in the conventional group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the conventional group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ten Charred Substances Powder combined with massage in the treatment of limb swelling in the late stage of bone injury can shorten the swelling relief time and improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
