摘　　要：李伟林教授认为,从六经辨证,以邪犯少阳居多的咳嗽为少阳咳嗽,正虚邪犯少阳,扰肺致咳,基本病机为少阳枢机不利,导致郁火犯肺,治宜疏解少阳之邪、兼清解少阳郁火。小柴胡汤为和解少阳的代表方剂,能和枢机、解郁热,攻补并施,虚实并用,温而不燥,寒而不凝。李教授使用小柴胡汤为基础方治疗少阳咳嗽疗效甚佳,还喜用钩藤熄风,白僵蚕、蝉蜕升阳中之清阳,兼以透邪。此外,少阳郁火灼伤肺金化燥,辅以清肺热可抑相火燎原之势,多合用泻白散清肺滋阴以复肺气宣肃。Professor Li Weilin,believes that based on the differentiation of syndromes from the six meridians,cough with pathogenic factors attacking lesser yang is mostly referred to as cough of lesser yang.Healthy qi deficiency,and pathogens invading lesser yang,disturb the lungs,causing cough.The basic pathogenesis is that the lesser yang axis is not conducive,leading to stagnation of fire and invasion of the lungs.Treatment should focus on relieving the pathogenic factors of lesser yang and clearing the stagnated fire of lesser yang.Minor Bupleurum Decoction is a representative formula for harmonizing lesser yang.It can be used to harmonize the axis,relieve stagnated heat,attack and supplement together,and treat both deficiency and excess.It is warm but not dry,cold but not coagulated.Professor Li uses Minor Bupleurum Decoction as the basic formula to treat cough of lesser yang,which has excellent therapeutic effects.He also likes to use Gouteng(Ramulus Uncariae Cum Uncis) to extinguish wind,Baijiangcan(Bombyx Batryticatus) and Chantui(Periostracum Cicadae) to ascend lucid yang of yang as well as expel pathogens.In addition,for stagnated fire of less yang burning the lungs and transforming into dryness,clearing lung heat can suppress the tendency of minister fire to start a prairie fire.It is often used in combination with White-Draining Powder to clear the lung and nourish yin to restore the function of lung qi.
