耳穴贴敷联合艾灸治疗肺癌临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察耳穴贴敷联合艾灸对肺癌患者睡眠质量、生活质量及中医证候评分的影响。方法:将94例肺癌患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各47例。对照组给予缩唇呼吸训练、腹式呼吸训练等康复训练治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予耳穴贴敷联合艾灸治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后中医证候评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)评分、生活质量评分及血清指标[白细胞介素-1β(interleukin-1β,IL-1β)、γ-氨基丁酸(gamma aminobutyric acid,GABA)、5-羟色胺(5-hydroxytryptamine,5-HT)]变化情况。结果:两组患者治疗后心烦寐差、神疲力乏等中医证候评分低于本组治疗前,且治疗后观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后睡眠效率、睡眠时间等睡眠PSQI评分低于本组治疗前,且治疗后观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后肺癌特异模块、生理状况、功能状况等生活质量评分高于本组治疗前,且治疗后观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后IL-1β低于本组治疗前,GABA、5-HT高于本组治疗前,且治疗后组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴贴敷联合艾灸治疗肺癌,可改善患者的中医证候,提高睡眠质量及生活质量。Objective:To observe the effects of ear acupoint application combined with moxibustion on the sleep quality,quality of life,and TCM syndrome scores of lung cancer patients.Methods:A total of 94 lung cancer patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.The control group received rehabilitation training such as lip contraction breathing training and abdominal breathing training,etc.,while the observation group received ear acupoint application combined with moxibustion treatment on the basis of the control group′s treatment.The changes in TCM syndrome scores,Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI) score,quality of life score,and serum indicators[including interleukin-1β(IL-1β),gamma aminobutyric acid(GABA),5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)],etc.between the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:After treatment,the TCM syndromes scores such as restlessness,poor sleep,and fatigue in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group′s above indexes were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The PSQI scores of sleep efficiency,sleep time,and other aspects in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group′s above indexes were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of lung cancer specific modules,physiological status,functional status,and other factors in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group′s above indexes were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The IL-1β levels in the two groups were lower than those before treatment in the same group,GABA and 5-HT levels were higher than before treatment in the same group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ear acupoin
