摘　　要：目的分析乙酰半胱氨酸联合盐酸西替利嗪、孟鲁司特钠治疗变应性鼻炎的效果及对甲壳质酶蛋白40(YKL-40)、转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)水平的影响。方法选择2020年4月至2022年5月我院收治的120例变应性鼻炎患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组给予盐酸西替利嗪、孟鲁司特钠治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予乙酰半胱氨酸治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的鼻腔通气面积大于对照组,鼻气道阻力小于对照组,纤毛运动速率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的YKL-40、TGF-β水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的白细胞介素-33(IL-33)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)及免疫球蛋白E(IgE)水平低于对照组,γ干扰素(IFN-γ)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论乙酰半胱氨酸联合盐酸西替利嗪、孟鲁司特钠治疗变应性鼻炎可缓解炎症反应,调节YKL-40、TGF-β水平,促进鼻腔功能恢复,值得推广。Objective To analyze the effect of acetylcysteine combined with cetirizine hydrochloride and montelukast sodium in the treatment of allergic rhinitis and its influences on chitinase protein 40(YKL-40)and transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)levels.Methods A total of 120 patients with allergic rhinitis admitted in our hospital from April 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cetirizine hydrochloride and montelukast sodium,and the observation group was treated with acetylcysteine on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the nasal ventilation area of the observation group was larger than that of the control group,the nasal airway resistance was smaller than that of the control group,and the cilia movement rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of YKL-40 and TGF-βin the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-33(IL-33),interleukin-4(IL-4)and immunoglobulin E(IgE)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of interferon-α(IFN-α)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acetylcysteine combined with cetirizine hydrochloride and montelukast sodium in the treatment of allergic rhinitis can alleviate inflammation,regulate the levels of YKL-40 and TGF-β,and promote the recovery of nasal function,which is worthy of promotion.
