摘 要:目的探讨床旁iPad健康宣教联合健康日记在1型脆性糖尿病患者自我管理行为中的应用效果。方法选取2019年5月至2022年6月我院收治的72例1型脆性糖尿病患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为常规组(n=34)和研究组(n=38)。常规组采用常规护理,研究组采用床旁iPad健康宣教联合健康日记。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,两组的空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)均降低,且研究组低于常规组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的糖尿病知识测试量表(DKT)评分均升高,且研究组高于常规组(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组的自我效能感优于常规组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的糖尿病自我管理行为量表(SDSCA)各维度评分均升高,且研究组高于常规组(P<0.05)。研究组的护理服务满意度高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论床旁iPad健康宣教联合健康日记能增强1型脆性糖尿病患者的自我管理行为,降低血糖,提升护理服务满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of bedside iPad health education combined with health diary in self-management behavior of patients with type 1 brittle diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 72 patients with type 1 brittle diabetes mellitus admitted in our hospital from May 2019 to June 2022 were selected and divided into routine group(n=34)and study group(n=38)according to the random number table method.The routine group adopted routine nursing,and the study group adopted bedside iPad health education combined with health diary.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the fasting blood glucose(FBG)and 2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 h PG)of the two groups decreased,and those in the study group were lower than the routine group(P<0.05).After intervention,the score of Diabetes Knowledge Test(DKT)in the two groups increased,and that in the study group was higher than the routine group(P<0.05).After intervention,the self-efficacy of the study group was better than that of the routine group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of Summary of Diabetes Self-Care Activities(SDSCA)in the two groups increased,and those in the study group were higher than the routine group(P<0.05).The nursing service satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bedside iPad health education combined with health diary can enhance the self-management behavior of patients with type 1 brittle diabetes mellitus,reduce blood glucose,and improve nursing service satisfaction.
