摘  要:在雨雪侵蚀和冰冻作用下,北方地区水工结构常常会出现盐冻破坏问题,对水工结构的抗渗耐久性和长效稳定运行等带来严重影响。为降低盐冻破坏程度,文章以浑河流域某公路桥梁工程为例,试验探究了矿渣粉、硅灰、粉煤灰对水工混凝土抗盐冻性能的影响,并利用SEM扫描电镜深入分析气泡特征对抗盐冻性能的作用机理。结果表明:在水工混凝土中引入独立均匀分布的密闭气泡能够明显增强其抗盐冻能力,水胶比较大时,抗盐冻能力主要受气泡结构的影响,加入引气剂生成良好的气泡结构可以有效改善抗盐冻性能;水胶比<0.32时,气泡结构特征的影响作用下降,该条件下不掺入引气剂能够保持较高的抗盐冻水平,实际工程中应考虑不同部位及强度要求选择合适的配合比。Under the erosion and freezing of rain and snow,the hydraulic structures in northern China often suffer from salt freeze failure,which has a serious impact on the impermeability,durability and long-term stable operation of hydraulic structures.In order to reduce the degree of salt freeze damage,the effects of slag powder,silica fume and fly ash on the salt freeze resistance of hydraulic concrete were experimentally explored,and the mechanism of bubble characteristics against salt freeze was analyzed by SEM scanning electron microscope.The results show that the introduction of independent and evenly distributed airtight bubbles in hydraulic concrete can significantly enhance its salt freeze resistance,and the salt freeze resistance when the water glue is relatively large is mainly affected by the bubble structure,and the addition of air entraining agent to generate a good bubble structure can effectively improve the salt freeze resistance.When the water-glue ratio<0.32,the influence of bubble structure characteristics decreases,and under this condition,no air-entraining agent can maintain a high level of salt freeze resistance.
