东江流域骨干水库对下游防洪作用分析

摘　　要：以东江流域三大骨干水库进行三库联调、两库联调及单库运用,分析水库对流域防洪控制断面的防洪作用。结果表明:三库联调时,可将防洪控制断面100年一遇洪水削减为30年一遇洪水;两库联调时,新丰江、白盆珠两库联调防洪作用最大,新丰江、枫树坝联调次之;单库运用时,新丰江水库的防洪作用最大,白盆珠与枫树坝水库的防洪作用基本相同。研究具有现实意义,可为东江流域防洪工程规划提供基础支撑,为流域防洪调度提供决策参考。Analyze the flood control effect of the reservoir on the flood control section of the Dongjiang River Basin through joint flood control of three reservoir,two reservoir,and single reservoir operation.The results indicate that during the joint commissioning of the three reservoirs,the flood control section can be reduced from a 100 year flood to a 30 year flood;During the joint commissioning of the two reservoirs,the flood control effect of the joint commissioning of Xinfengjiang Reservoir and Baipenzhu Reservoir is the greatest,followed by the joint commissioning of Xinfengjiang and Fengshuba;When using a single reservoir,the flood control effect of Xinfengjiang Reservoir is the greatest,and the flood control effect of Baipenzhu Reservoir and Fengshuba Reservoir is basically the same.The research has practical significance and can provide basic support for flood control engineering planning in the Dongjiang River Basin and decision-making reference for flood control scheduling in the basin.
