国产潜水泵替代进口潜水泵应用的探讨

摘　　要：潜水泵长期处于含有固体颗粒的污水中,对潜水泵的各密封耐用性、可靠性要求较高。进口潜水泵整机及各零部件使用寿命长,但设备的采购价格高及备件采购周期长;国产潜水泵使用寿命偏短,但设备采购价格较低及备件采购方便、周期短。结合现场使用要求和维修的情况,对国产潜水泵替代进口潜水泵的应用进行探讨,提出了国产泵选型的具体要求及注意问题,并在保证生产稳顺、设备安全的前提下,在生产中逐步尝试。The submersible pump is emerged in the sewage containing solid particles for a long time,so it requires the durability and reliability of the seals of the submersible pump.The imported submersible pump and its components and parts have a long service life,but the purchase price of the equipment is high and the procurement cycle of spare parts is long;the service life of domestic submersible pumps is relatively short,but the equipment purchase price is low,the spare parts procurement is convenient,and the cycle is short.Combined with the application requirements and maintenance,this paper discusses the application of domestic submersible pumps to replace imported submersible pumps,and proposes the specific requirements and precautions for the selection of domestic pumps,which will be gradually tried under the premise of ensuring stable production and equipment safety,we will gradually keep trying in production.
