摘　　要：针对传统的设备事故后维修和定期维修模式存在的问题,介绍了现代企业设备在线检测技术的优势。阐述了选矿厂产线在线检测技术的监测模式、系统功能、系统构成及实施方案。分析了在线检测技术具体应用案例,通过安装在线测振点采集数据并进行分析处理,达到了大幅降低设备故障率,减少检修时间,保证产线稳定运行的目的。This paper introduces the advantages of online inspection technology of equipment in modern enterprises in view of the problems existing in the traditional post-accident and regular equipment maintenance modes,expounds the monitoring mode,system functions,system composition,and implementation plan of online detection technology for beneficiation plant production lines,and analyzes the specific application cases of online detection technology.By installing online vibration measurement points to collect data and analyze it,the failure rate of equipment has been significantly reduced,and the maintenance time has been reduced to ensure the stable operation of the production line.
