摘 要:随着汽车行业的快速发展,对汽车钢板的腐蚀防护需求日益增加,基于表面处理的环保型硅烷腐蚀防护膜因其优异的性能而备受关注。本文系统综述了硅烷腐蚀防护膜的耐蚀机制、性能测试与评估方法,详细分析了影响其性能的关键因素,并提出了结构优化策略。同时,也讨论了当前领域中存在的技术挑战和未来发展趋势。通过综述,可以为提高汽车钢板的腐蚀防护能力、延长汽车寿命、降低维护成本以及实现可持续性发展提供重要的理论和实践指导,推动汽车制造业朝着更高效、环保和可持续的方向发展。With the rapid development of the automotive industry,the demand for corrosion protection of automotive steel plates is increasing.The environmentally friendly silane corrosion protection film based on surface treatment has drawn much attention due to its excellent performance.This article systematically explores the corrosion resistance mechanism,performance testing and evaluation methods of silane corrosion protection films,analyzes in detail the key factors affecting their performance,and proposes structural optimization strategies.At the same time,the technical challenges and future development trends in the current field are also discussed.Through this review,important theoretical and practical guidance can be provided for improving the corrosion protection ability of automotive steel plates,extending vehicle life,reducing maintenance costs,and achieving sustainable development,promoting the development of the automotive manufacturing industry towards a more efficient,environmentally friendly and sustainable direction.
