摘 要:针对唐山某煤矿自燃问题,对主采煤层(5#、7#、8#、9#、12#)取样,进行煤的程序升温实验,采集实验气样进行气相色谱分析,研究煤自燃过程中气体产生物变化规律;运用灰色关联法分析指标气体浓度与煤温变化的关联性,计算指标气体灰色关联度并进行优选。结果表明:该煤矿5#、8#、12#煤层临界温度为70~80℃,干裂温度为160~180℃;7#、9#煤层临界温度为80~90℃,干裂温度为160~180℃;通过温度梯度将煤自燃划分为潜伏期(30~90℃)、自热期(90~180℃)与燃烧期(高于180℃);通过灰色关联法计算与优选,得到以CO为主,C2H4为辅的指标气体预测方法。Aiming at the spontaneous combustion problem of a coal mine in Tangshan,the main coal seams(5#,7#,8#,9#,12#)were sampled,the temperature programmed experiment of coal was carried out,the experimental gas samples were collected and analyzed by gas chromatography,and the change law of gas products in the process of coal spontaneous combustion was studied;The grey relational analysis is used to analyze the correlation between the concentration of index gas and the change of coal temperature,and the grey relational degree of index gas is calculated and optimized.The results show that the critical temperature of 5#,8#and 12#coal seams is 70~80℃,and the dry cracking temperature is 160~180℃;the critical temperature of 7#and 9#coal seams is 80~90℃,and the dry cracking temperature is 160~180℃.According to the temperature gradient,the coal spontaneous combustion is divided into incubation period(30~90℃),self-heating period(90~180℃)and combustion period(higher than 180℃).Through the calculation and optimization of grey relational analysis,the index gas prediction method with CO as the main and C 2H 4 as the auxiliary is obtained.
