摘 要:摩天轮索径夹角的大小与主轴长度密切相关,夹角越大,主轴长度越长,整体稳定性越好。但是主轴越长,其受到的扭矩将增大,造成主轴用量变大乃至制作加工、吊装困难、成本上升等一系列问题。故以主轴长度代替索径夹角,采用MIDAS Gen软件通过数值模拟的方法研究了摩天轮各结构构件在相同荷载不同主轴长度,即不同索径夹角下的应力比变化趋势,确定了该摩天轮合理的主轴长度,由此确定了合理的索径夹角,并通过新的轮辐索结构布置方式解决了在有限轴距的情况下来增大索径夹角的问题。The size of the cable diameter angle of the ferris wheel is closely related to the length of the main shaft.The larger the angle,the longer the length of the main shaft,and the better the overall stability.However,the longer the main shaft is,the greater the torque will be,resulting in a series of problems such as the increase of the main shaft consumption,the difficulty of manufacturing and processing,the difficulty of hoisting,and the increase of cost.Therefore,the length of main shaft was used instead of the cable diameter angle,and the MIDAS Gen software was used to study the stress ratio change trend of the structural members of the ferris wheel under the same load and different length of main shaft,that is,different cable diameter angles,by means of numerical simulation.The reasonable length of main shaft the ferris wheel was determined,and the reasonable cable diameter angle was determined.The problem of increasing the cable diameter angle in the case of limited wheelbase was solved by a new arrangement of spoke cable structure.
