摘  要:为研究环肋数量、环肋间距、环肋深度、钢筋锚固长度、钢筋直径对以无缝钢管制成的新型灌浆套筒力学性能的影响,以Q390B低合金无缝钢管为原材料,设计制作23组共69个全灌浆套筒连接试件进行单向拉伸试验。此外,采用ABAQUS进行数值模拟,并将数值分析结果与试验值进行对比,分析上述参数对套筒试件承载力、破坏模式、应力分布等的影响。结果表明:数值分析结果与试验值吻合良好,充分验证了数值模型分析的可行性;套筒环肋不宜设置在钢筋弹性段区域及套筒中部位置附近;环肋数量在一定区间内增加有利于提高套筒承载力;环肋间距与环肋深度过大、过小均不利于提高套筒承载力,且应力集中现象明显;锚固长度不小于6倍钢筋直径即可满足套筒承载力要求,且套筒内径与钢筋直径差值不宜小于12mm。In order to study the influence of the number of ring ribs,the spacing of ring ribs,the depth of ring ribs,the anchorage length of steel bars and the diameter of steel bars on the mechanical properties of the new grouting sleeve made of seamless steel tubes,23 groups of 69 full-grouting sleeve connection specimens with Q390B low-alloy seamless steel tubes as raw materials were designed and manufactured for uniaxial tensile test.In addition,ABAQUS was used for numerical simulation,and the numerical analysis results were compared with the experimental values to analyze the influence of the above parameters on the bearing capacity,failure mode and stress distribution of the sleeve specimens.The results show that the numerical analysis results are in good agreement with the experimental values,which fully verifies the feasibility of the numerical model analysis.The ring rib of the sleeve should not be set near the elastic section of the steel bar and the central position of the sleeve.The increase of the number of ring ribs in a certain range is beneficial to improve the bearing capacity of the sleeve.The too large and too small ring rib spacing and ring rib depth are not conducive to improving the bearing capacity of the sleeve,and the stress concentration phenomenon is obvious.The anchorage length should not be less than 6 times the diameter of the steel bar to meet the bearing capacity requirements of the sleeve,and the difference between the inner diameter of the sleeve and the diameter of the steel bar should not be less than 12mm.
