后疫情时代国有企业“稳外资”工作的实践与思考——以中国石化为例

摘　　要：后疫情时代,全球经济发展放缓,部分外商投资者在华投资的积极性降低,部分退出在华投资或缩小在华业务规模。本文以中国石化为例,从中国外商投资政策环境、中国石化与外资合作的历史与实践,探讨提出国有企业进一步“稳外资”工作的思考及建议。In the post-pandemic era,global economic development has slowed,reducing the enthusiasm of some foreign investors for investing in China.Some have withdrawn or reduced their business scale in China.Using SINOPEC as a case study,this paper explores and proposes thoughts and suggestions on further stabilizing foreign investment work in state-owned enterprises based on the Chinese foreign investment policy environment and SINOPEC’s history and practices of cooperation with foreign capital.
