摘　　要：新时代十年伟大变革,“以人民为中心”的发展思想贯穿基层民主政治建设的全过程和各方面,体现了中国共产党带领中国人民对“真正民主制”的追求。中国特色社会主义基层民主政治建设取得了显著成就,充分体现了人民意志,切实保障了人民权益,有效激发了人民创造活力,用制度体系保证人民当家作主。这表明和印证了新时代基层民主政治建设要坚持党的全面领导,坚守人民至上立场,遵循全面依法治理,围绕中心服务大局,立足实际开拓创新。中国式现代化建设新征程上,基层民主政治建设应致力于发展社会主义政治文明,肩负起创造人民美好生活、提升基层治理效能、服务全民共同富裕的时代使命。The great changes in the new era in the past ten years,the development idea of"people-centered"runs through the whole process and all aspects of grassroots democratic political construction,ref lecting the pursuit of"true democracy"led by the Communist Party of China to the Chinese people.Remarkable achievements have been made in the construction of socialist grassroots democratic politics with Chinese characteristics,which fully embodies the will of the people,effectively protects the rights and interests of the people,effectively stimulates the people's creative vitality,and uses the system to ensure that the people are the masters of the country.This shows and confirms that the construction of grassroots democratic politics in the new era must adhere to the party's overall leadership,adhere to the people's supremacy position,follow comprehensive governance according to law,focus on the center to serve the overall situation,and base itself on reality to pioneer and innovate.On the new journey of Chinese-style modernization,the construction of grassroots democratic politics should be committed to the development of socialist political civilization,and shoulder the mission of the times to create a better life for the people,improve the efficiency of grassroots governance,and serve the common prosperity of the whole people.
