摘　　要：新媒体时代,互联网给予公众获得信息的权利,却也给隐私侵权提供了条件。对于社会热点事件主体传播,个人隐私往往被忽视。如今,隐私侵权问题得到了大量关注,被侵权主体的隐私被迫公开,但维权之路却很艰难。文章对新媒体时代社会热点人物传播隐私侵权与法律规制展开研究,首先阐述对我国隐私权保护现状,指出目前隐私权立法存在的不足:立法体系零散、网络隐私权监管力度欠缺和技术更新迭代带来新的立法难题。探讨新媒体时代社会热点事件主体隐私侵权特征:侵权主体多元化、侵权客体扩大化以及侵权方式隐匿化。最后从完善立法、健全机制和提高意识三个方面提出如何对隐私侵权行为进行规制,希望对推动隐私权保护的实践具有积极影响。In the era of new media,the Internet gives the public the right to obtain information,but it also provides conditions for privacy infringement.Personal privacy is often ignored for the subject communication of social hot events.Nowadays,the issue of privacy infringement has received a lot of attention,and the privacy of the infringed subject is forced to be made public,but the way to protect the rights is very difficult.This paper studies the privacy infringement and legal regulation of social hot figures in the new media era.First,it expounds the current situation of privacy pro-tection in China and points out the shortcomings of privacy legislation in front of it:scattered leg-islation system,lack of supervision of network privacy and iteration of technological updates bring new legislative difficulties.This paper discusses the characteristics of the subject’s privacy in-fringement of hot social events in the new media era:the diversification of the subject,the expan-sion of the object of infringement and the concealment of the way of infringement.Finally,the au-thor puts forward how to regulate privacy infringement from three aspects:perfecting legislation,perfecting mechanism and raising awareness,hoping to have a positive impact on promoting the practice of privacy protection.
