摘　　要：中华优秀传统法律文化作为中华优秀传统文明的重要组成部分,对中国古代社会的发展产生了重大影响。本文回溯我国法律发展历史,了解传统法律文化意蕴,以新的视角发掘我国传统优秀法律文化的价值,将其进行创造性转化和创新性发展,取其精华,使优秀传统法律文化在当代焕发出新的生机,有助于推动我国现代法治建设。As an important part of Chinese excellent traditional civilization,Chinese excellent traditional legal culture had a great impact on the development of ancient Chinese society.By recalling the history of legal development in our country,understanding the connotation of traditional legal culture,exploring the value of outstanding traditional legal culture from a new perspective,and taking the essence of it,the excellent traditional legal culture will glow with new vitality in the contemporary era,which will be helpful to promote the construction of modern rule of law in our country.
